Lesson Manager is our new dedicated lesson managing software. This version is a substantial upgrade that includes many new and improved features. The software is now available for evaluation and purchase.

Creating your Lessons
To increase your productivity Lesson Manager combines Word Processing with Database technologies to provide a structural foundation to your teaching information. You can create your Lesson from scratch by using the software built-in Word Processing component and/or copy/paste documents from other applications.

This version includes the ability to spell check text as you type and to auto-correct/replace text as you type. You can, for example, set up the software to automatically replace “LM2” with “Lesson Manager v2.0” as you type. To provide a structured Lesson Plan, each lesson is divided into Lesson Items such as “Objective”, “Overview”, “Materials”… Lesson Items are very flexible and can be customized to include pre-defined content when added to a Lesson.

Organizing your Lessons
Each Lesson is grouped into Units and you can drag and drop a lesson to any Unit at any time. Lesson Manager allows you to tailor-sort all your Units, Lessons and Lesson Items. A new Workbook feature in Lesson Manager allows you to combine Lessons from various Lesson Units together. This Workbook Package can then be presented (lecture mode), exported or printed.

Presenting your Lessons
Lesson Manager includes a new lecture mode which consists of a presentation window that covers your entire screen (Full Screen). Within this window you can “play” your entire lessons. Lesson Items can be displayed one at a time and the Lesson content zoomed to any size for clear display on projector screens. Of course, all links and objects function properly in Lecture Mode. For example, clicking on an internet link will open the link in your browser or clicking on a video object/link would open your Media Player to play the video.

Scheduling your Lessons
Lesson Manager now includes extended Calendar features that allow you to schedule your classes and lessons. Your schedule can then be viewed Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Lesson Manageralso allows you to view/print your schedule for all your classes merged together or you view individual classes separately. These scheduling features are indispensable to keep track of your work for yourself, your Institution/Administration, students and/or customers.

Reporting your Lessons
Lesson Manager includes an easy-to-use reporting system that allows you to view a Print Preview of your reports directly within the software (no need to go to a Print Preview screen). Each report includes a set of options that can be customized (page, header, footer…). Lesson Manager will remember your settings for each report.
