The following is a list of some of the features of the Single-User version:

Intelligent Data Entry:
Calculator, auto-conversion, grade suggestion. For example, a grade of 6+4 out
of 10 will be converted to 10 out of 10 and assigned a value 100% or A+.

Assignments are grouped into Categories:
Each category of assignments can be averaged individually or added directly to
the average. A Category can also have a Weight, drop student's lower grade,
drop student's lowest grade, and cap the average value (e.g.: between 60 and
100).

Categories are grouped into Sub-Terms:
A sub-term can represent the average of the categories or assignments. It can
also be used to group assignment categories by subject matter which is
particularly useful, for example, for elementary school teachers.

Student Archiving:
A student can be archived with all his/her grades and retrieved at any time.

Grade Archiving:
A grade can be marked as deleted and retrieved at any time. Deleted grades are
never printed and are excluded from the average calculation (they are visible
only on screen with a deleted symbol).

Assignment Archiving:
An assignment can be marked as deleted and retrieved at any time. Deleted
assignments are never printed and are excluded from the average calculation
(they are visible only on screen with a deleted symbol).

Spell Checking:
You can spell check all your class data and comments at once. Also the software
lets you spell check any data at the time of the data entry. For example, if
you enter a course description you can within the dialog box spell check the
description.

Grade Comments:
You can attach comments to any student grade.

Student Report Card:
The software can print a student report cards with the teacher's comments for
each class, sub-term, categories, assignments.

Batch Reporting:
You can automatically print reports for a current student, flag students or all
class students. The report can also be printed for the current class or all
your classes at once. For example, with a click of a mouse, you can print a
student report card for all your students. The software automatically opens the
classes and prints all the student reports.

Customizable Reports:
You can customize and create your own reports, e.g., change a report title or a
chart position/size.

Calculation of Average as you type:
Grade Organizer always displays the accurate average at any time. When you
change a grade, it automatically re-calculates the data changed for a fast and
intelligent average display.

Class and Students Statistics:
You can view and report statistical information (variance, standard deviation,
t-score, z-score...) and charts on your class and students for the current
assignment, category average, sub-term average, term average and class average.

Undo/Redo:
The software allows you to undo and redo your last data entry.

Drag and Drop Seating Chart:
Seating charts can display the students' picture, grades, average...

Absence/Discipline tracking:
You can
track students' absence and disciplines grouped by custom categories.

Home/Work Data Transfer:
The software can package your data for easy transfer between computers. To fit
on a diskette, the data is automatically compressed and uncompressed

The software lets you import and export data from MS Access, Excel, dBase,
